    May be used for meetings, receptions, birthdays, group dinners, reunions, etc. No sales activities such as garage sales, flea markets, retail or wholesale merchandise.

     

    DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $200.00
    (This deposit is refundable if ALL rules list in rental agreement are adhered to.)

    RENTAL FEE FOR RESIDENTS AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: Residents $350 rental

    RENTAL FEE FOR ALL OTHERS: $600.00

    Amenities
    Building has an air-conditioned hall, 59′ x 32′, able to seat approximately 110 people. Tables and chairs are available for use. Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator and stove available for storing and reheating food. No cooking in building permitted. No pans, dishes or flatware provided. Must provide own trash bags, dish towels, paper towels, etc. Bathrooms on site.
